GAZEBO UPDATE

May 26, 2016

UPDATE ON THE GAZEBO

As you drive past, it most likely looks like nothing has changed. However, this is not true. It was been wired to its own power and we have two overhead lights coming. The Paving Bricks have been inscribed and we are currently looking for a landscaper that can put them down. The railing on the ramp will be painted white and the Design Committee is discussing what kind of shrubs or plants would look nice and not grow very tall.

A big thank you to everyone that helped make this gazebo possible.

 GAZEBO UPDATE

September 16, 2015

The foundation is in and our gazebo will be up very soon.
They are delivering it next week and the crew will be here to put it together soon after.
Main Street is totally inspired by all the support we have received for this project.
We will have it to enjoy for a very long time.

GAZEBO FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Our Gazebo project is coming along very well.  Contributions are coming in and soon you will begin to see activity in the park where the gazebo will be placed.  Anyone wishing to make a donation to the Gazebo Fund can do so as no amount is too small and is greatly appreciated.  Our mailing address here is:

Ossipee Main Street Program
PO Box 66
Center Ossipee, NH 03814

We are very excited about all the opportunities having a gazebo will add to our town.  Not only can we sit and enjoy the park, we can also have band concerts, performances, it can be used for weddings and pictures ~ at Christmas time for caroling and decoration ~ or what ever else our imaginations can think up.

We are working on a new ornament depicting the gazebo to be a collectible piece.  This will be our second ornament, the first being the grain elevator and the snowmobile.  A picture will go up when we have all the details set and they will go on sale as soon as we receive them.  Hopefully, we will be able to offer them during the Farmer’s Market.
